Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms cover two things: using this website, and being treated by me. Please read them before booking.

This website is information, not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about the treatments I offer. It is not medical advice and it is not a recommendation that any treatment is right for you.

Nothing here replaces a consultation. Whether a treatment is suitable for you can only be decided face to face, by me, after assessing you properly.

I keep this site accurate and up to date, but I cannot promise it is free of errors, and prices and treatments can change.

Prescription-only medicines

Some of the treatments I offer involve prescription-only medicines.

By law these cannot be prescribed or supplied without a face-to-face consultation and assessment with a qualified prescriber. That is why those products are not named anywhere on this website, and why I cannot discuss specific products over the phone or by email before I have seen you.

I carry out that assessment myself. If I do not think a treatment is right for you, or if it is not safe in your circumstances, I will tell you and I will not do it. That applies however much you want it and whether or not you have had it elsewhere before.

Consultations

Your first consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation to book anything.

At the consultation I will take a medical history, examine the area concerned, talk through what is realistic, and explain the risks and the aftercare. If we agree to go ahead, I will ask you to sign a consent form.

You must tell me about your medical history honestly and completely, including any medicines you take, any allergies, and any treatments you have had elsewhere. Leaving something out can make a treatment unsafe.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

A deposit of £20 secures your appointment and comes off the cost of your treatment.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice than that, or if you do not arrive, the deposit is not refunded.

A missed appointment with no notice is charged at a further £50.

If I have to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I will give you as much notice as I can and your deposit moves to the new date or is refunded in full, whichever you prefer.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Treatments page and are correct at the time of publication. Where a price depends on what you need, I will confirm the cost at your consultation before anything goes ahead.

Payment is due on completion of your treatment, by cash or bank transfer. I am not set up to take card payments.

Results

Every patient responds differently. I will tell you honestly what a treatment is likely to achieve for you, but no result can be guaranteed, and nobody who tells you otherwise is being straight with you.

Some treatments need a course, or a top-up, to reach and hold the result. I will say so at the consultation rather than afterwards.

Aftercare

Following the aftercare advice I give you is part of getting a good result and staying safe. If something does not seem right afterwards, contact me straight away on 07786 233178.

Your right to change your mind

If you book by phone or through this website, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask me to treat you within that period, you keep the right to cancel but may owe me for what has already been carried out. Once a treatment has been given it cannot be undone and cannot be refunded.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please tell me. Call me on 07786 233178 or email lindamiles08@gmail.com and I will respond as quickly as I can, and always within two working days.

I would always rather hear about a problem than not. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can raise it with the Nursing and Midwifery Council at nmc.org.uk.

Insurance

I am fully insured for the treatments I provide, with Hamilton Fraser.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, I am not liable for any loss that arises because information on this website was relied on instead of a consultation, or because aftercare advice was not followed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
